When you request a quote, part, fitment review or machine reservation, Fully Equipped Machinery uses the information you provide to identify the correct equipment or part, prepare pricing, arrange delivery and follow up with you.

Information collected

Submissions may include your name, company, email, phone number, location, machine details, serial or VIN, part numbers, configuration details and files you choose to upload.

How it is used

Inquiry records are stored in FEM’s controlled systems and routed to BuiltReach, FEM’s customer relationship platform, so the sales or parts team can respond and avoid duplicate opportunities.
