We use your information to identify the correct equipment or part, prepare pricing, verify fitment, arrange delivery, coordinate appointments, provide order or support updates, respond to your questions and maintain an accurate record of the request.

Inquiry records are stored in FEM’s controlled systems and may be routed to BuiltReach, FEM’s customer relationship platform, so the sales or parts team can respond and avoid duplicate opportunities.

SMS privacy

If you expressly opt in to SMS, FEM may send customer-care text messages related to your quote, fitment, appointment, order or support request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile information, SMS opt-in data and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
