Open and close the thumb on a proportional roller. Feather it against the load instead of slamming it shut.
Control at your thumb.
Proportional auxiliary hydraulic kits for excavators — machine-specific hard lines, proportional valves and proportional joysticks, built for your make and model. Quality kits at a much more affordable price.

One kit for each job
Pick the attachments you run. Combination kits put two or more circuits on one machine, each on its own control.
Flow and pressure set to your hammer, with a low-restriction return line and case drain where the hammer calls for one.
Rotate and tilt each on their own roller, for tilt buckets, rotating clams, grapples and tiltrotators.
High-flow two-way for the jaws and a separate proportional rotate circuit for positioning.
Steady, adjustable flow for compactors, augers, brush cutters and other motor-driven attachments.
Converting an on/off kit to proportional, adding a circuit to an existing kit, or something we haven't listed.

Valve to joystick. Nothing left to source.
Every kit arrives complete for your machine — the parts you see here, plus install instructions and a hydraulic schematic.
- Proportional joysticksReplacement grips with thumb rollers and buttons, pre-wired with a plug-in harness.
- Proportional valve blockElectro-hydraulic valve sized to the circuits and flows your attachments need.
- Proportional driverController that turns roller travel into smooth, adjustable flow — set per attachment.
- Machine-specific hard linesBoom and stick tubes bent to your machine's model, painted, and capped for shipping.
- Hoses & fittingsCrimped hoses, adapters, tees and quick-coupler whips with caps, cut to length.
- Clamps, brackets & platesLine clamps, valve mounting plates and brackets to mount the kit cleanly.
Built right. Priced right.
Every kit starts from your make, model and PIN. Hard lines are bent to your boom and stick, and the valve, driver and harness are matched to your machine's hydraulics and electrics.
Rollers give you variable speed in both directions, so a thumb can be feathered, a rotator can be positioned to the degree, and a hammer runs at the flow it was built for.
Proportional kits are usually the most expensive way to add auxiliary hydraulics. We build ours with quality valves, joysticks and hoses at a much more affordable price — the same way we do everything else.
Each kit ships with a layout, a hydraulic schematic and install instructions, and our team is a phone call away while your mechanic sets it up.
What will it run?
Choose one or more. Two or more makes a combination kit.

From machine PIN to install
- 01Send your machine
Make, model, PIN and the attachments you want to run. Photos of the main valve and the joysticks help.
- 02We spec the kit
We confirm circuits, flows, joystick layout and line routing for your machine, then send a complete quote.
- 03We build it
Lines, valve, driver and harness are built and checked as a kit for your machine.
- 04Install & set up
Your mechanic installs it with our instructions and schematic; we help set flows for each attachment.
Kit FAQ
What's the difference between a proportional kit and an on/off kit?
An on/off kit opens the circuit fully when you press a button — the attachment runs at one speed. A proportional kit uses a roller and a proportional valve, so speed follows how far you move the roller. That control matters most on thumbs, rotators, tilt buckets and shears.
Will it fit my excavator?
Kits are built per machine. Send the make, model and PIN and we'll confirm the kit for your machine before you order — including anything that differs from a standard install.
Can I run more than one attachment?
Yes. Combination kits run two or more circuits — for example a hammer and a thumb, or tilt and rotate — each on its own control.
Can my own mechanic install it?
Yes. Kits ship with install instructions, a schematic and a parts list, and our team supports the install by phone. Tell us if you'd like help finding an installer near you.
How much does a kit cost?
It depends on the machine, the number of circuits and the controls. Every kit is quoted to your machine, with shipping — and priced well below what proportional kits usually cost.
